Andrew Woolward, MS, OTR/L

Co-Founder | Occupational Therapist

Andrew Woolward is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of dedicated service across pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics, and a wide range of care facilities. Known for his supportive and patient-centered approach, Andrew helps individuals overcome physical and developmental challenges to achieve meaningful functional progress.

Andrew has pursued extensive advanced training in Functional Orthopedics, NDT, PNF, Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Rehabilitation. His commitment to ongoing learning allows him to combine innovative techniques with proven therapies to deliver exceptional care for both children and adults with orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions.

Andrew’s journey in healthcare began at Brooklyn College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and was inducted into the Brooklyn College Hall of Fame. A former standout athlete, he helped lead the Bulldogs men’s volleyball team to a CUNYAC championship in 1998 and earned all-conference honors for three consecutive seasons. He later earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Long Island University.

Outside the clinic, Andrew remains deeply connected to athletics. He is an avid volleyball player and triathlete and currently serves as Head Coach of the Hunter College Women’s Volleyball Team, bringing leadership, discipline, and passion to everything he does.

Steve Ko, PT, DPT

Co-Founder | Physical Therapist

Dr. Steve Ko is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. He works extensively with adult and geriatric populations across a variety of healthcare settings, providing thoughtful, results-driven care.

Dr. Ko treats a wide range of conditions, including joint replacements, amputations, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, balance and fall risks, and general deconditioning. He also has significant experience working with children facing complex diagnoses such as Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, neurological impairments, and orthopedic conditions. His compassionate approach focuses on restoring function and building long-term independence.

An avid athlete himself, Dr. Ko competes in triathlons around the world and is a competitive snowboarder. His active lifestyle reflects his belief in movement, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

Dr. Ko earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College in 2005 and is fluent in both English and Korean.

​​Chieh (James) Teng, PT, DPT, CSCS

Clinical Director | Physical Therapist

Dr. James Teng is a dynamic Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. He has extensive experience working with orthopedic populations of all ages — from athletes to children and older adults.

Specializing in orthopedics and sports-related injuries, Dr. Teng is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This advanced credential allows him to design customized strength and conditioning programs that safely support recovery, performance, and injury prevention.

Dr. Teng is passionate about holistic care and is a certified Rock Steady Boxing Clinician, offering a non-contact exercise program tailored specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. As a former competitive volleyball and soccer player, he brings firsthand insight into athletic demands and recovery.

Dr. Teng earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Assistive Technology from National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.

Hsiao Yu (Neal) Chen, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Neal Chen is a skilled and collaborative Doctor of Physical Therapy with over six years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is known for delivering thoughtful, personalized care while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each patient’s recovery goals.

Dr. Chen brings a unique perspective to therapy as a former competitive Tai Chi athlete from Taiwan. He thoughtfully integrates Tai Chi principles with modern physical therapy techniques to enhance balance, coordination, and functional movement. His passion for wellness also extends to badminton, hiking, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Dr. Chen earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from I-Shou University in Taiwan and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, allowing him to connect comfortably with a diverse patient population.

Siddharth Ghosh, PT, DPT

Senior Physical Therapist

Dr. Siddharth Ghosh is a compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy committed to helping patients achieve optimal recovery and long-term well-being. He provides comprehensive physical therapy services tailored to each individual’s goals and functional needs.

Dr. Ghosh emphasizes personalized therapeutic exercise programs and detailed physical therapy consultations to guide patients through an effective and empowering rehabilitation journey. He also specializes in kinesio taping, adding an innovative layer of support to enhance movement, stability, and recovery.

Dr. Ghosh began his education at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka College of Physiotherapy in India, earned a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Long Island University, and later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Jinee Tse, OTR/L

Senior Occupational Therapist

Jinee Tse is a passionate and energetic Occupational Therapist with fifteen years of experience specializing in hand therapy and pediatric care. She treats a wide range of conditions affecting the hands, wrists, and upper extremities, always tailoring care to each patient’s unique needs.

Jinee focuses on restoring function, improving dexterity, and supporting independence to enhance quality of life. Her warm, high-energy approach makes her especially effective when working with children, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges in a supportive environment.

She has completed extensive training in Functional Orthopedics, NDT, PNF, Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Rehabilitation, allowing her to apply innovative techniques across age groups and conditions.

Jinee earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology and is fluent in English and Korean.

Sabrina Collado-Castillo, OTR/L

Staff Occupational Therapist

Sabrina Collado-Castillo is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience in skilled nursing facilities, home care, and outpatient hand therapy. She is deeply committed to helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through client-centered, occupation-based care.

Sabrina specializes in comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and functional interventions targeting daily living skills, strength, and mobility. She also has expertise in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, home safety assessments, and recommending adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support independence.

Skilled in multiple EMR systems, Sabrina utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including range of motion exercises, manual therapy, and physical agent modalities.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she provides accessible and compassionate care to diverse patients and families throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Liz Menshikova, OTR/L

Staff Occupational Therapist

Liz Menshikova is a compassionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through thoughtful, client-centered care. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients to support both physical and emotional well-being.

Liz has extensive experience in hand therapy, treating complex upper extremity conditions using individualized treatment plans. Her interventions include joint mobility exercises, therapeutic massage, and modalities such as ultrasound and cryotherapy to promote healing and function.

She also works with young adults to enhance developmental skills through effective task and behavior management strategies. Her clinical background includes Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Rehabilitation.

Liz earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Hofstra University and is fluent in English and Russian.
